Why Is Exxon Mobil Rep Here?

I was reading over case dockets, which are public, and would like to know why a COUNSEL FOR EXXON MOBIL CORPORATION AND XTO ENERGY, INC. is here.

They have nothing to do with the case.

Wondering if a buy out possible? Or did judge allow Exxon to give valid company assets projections.
