Hey. Thank you!....DDAmanda is very powerful, and has a LOT of different scans/parameters. Plus we just added Trend Scanning, which is turning out really nice. Lots of runners there.

And it's really simple to use. You just have to experiment a little with different values, but the initial values are pretty good.

When you signed up, you got the current values in the Scanner that we were using at that time. But we do change those periodically to fine tune the Scans, etc.

If you want to go to the Current Default settings that we are currently using, there is a link on the Help page that will let you do that.

Make sure you copy your Quick Notes to a text file or something, cause it will be reset to blank.

Also save any custom scanner settings that you want to keep and then restore.

Remember that we have 1-on-1 support, using Skype, so you can contact us at any time if you need help or have questions.
