Credible media is reporting that the White House told Steve Bannon not to answer questions about the Congressional investigation into Russia's meddling in the 2016 Presidential election and possibly colluding with the Trump campaign.

I am not a lawyer, but how is that not a textbook example of the crime of obstructing justice?
