AS REDUCTION??? I expect one of the future PR's to be a significant reduction of authorized shares (AS).

Here's why...

They raised the AS to 13 Bil last summer when the stock was trading .0002 * .0003. If the stock price DID NOT RISE then they would have needed that extra cushion for the 3a10 settlement with Livingston which was announced last month. Now with a MUCH HIGHER stock price as few as 330 mil shares will be needed to settle with Livingston

why have an AS at 13 bill?
