For people other than Zardiw, software is a constantly changing and evolving ecosystem. Components of the ecosystem are being changed constantly as vulnerabilities are found and patched. It is to your benefit to keep up. Most modern browsers and operating systems have some provision for automatic updating. There is no reason to keep using a browser or OS that is years old. There is especially no reason to do so and then complain when it inevitably ceases to function.
