Hanks said he meet with Wall Street investors in April 2017 - then the big groundbreaking ceremony - so where is the financing? I haven't seen a 8-K to announce the financing.

I did see a 8-K about a reverse split and a 14C about increasing the A/S.

The pinkyland fantasy of Hanks building a refinery is fading fast - of course those that were doing real DD knew MMEX was selling shares not building a refinery.
