Weird thing is 3fold -
- I still don't show the DVR button on android
- I have had it come and go in the past without an app update being required. Seemingly they can update the experience from within the same app.
- I believe they recently tweeted DVR was aiming for Feb

I think this was an overall update to the backbone of the program and they've yet to show us exactly why.

And maybe on Apple or roku (just a guess that is where people are now seeing it) may require that button to display as part of the structural update to the program.
