How do you know financing is avbailable. I was told two years ago they were waiting in line to fund us. We are still waiting. I am afraid you will never see a merger. Historically they have taken us up to the week before a merger was to happen and then it disappears. They have lied about this to me in the past. Why would it change now.

The rise in sp indicates to me it is being played like a
musical instrument. No substance to the move, already
scmi has fallen below the penny mark.
