I bought a bottle of both brands. Have not tried either one. I got the impression reading the stuff they came with, that the Venadol is not a fast acting pain killer ( ). It works by application 2-3 times a day for 2-3 months to solve chronic pain.
While I have chronic, RA, it is more stiffness and joint pain when I move joints, mostly in the morning when I get up, that eases up doing stretching exercises etc.
And I have had no acute long term attacks since I got the bottles. Also I started to worry that if it causes long term pain deadening, how do i know after 3 months if I have a joint problem getting worse, that I should stay off of for a few days so it can heal up??? Lastly I was going to use it on my hand joints but the warnings about getting on your eyes (using your hand with it on the hand joints) concerned me, so I did not try it on my hand joints. If I have a bad day with a certain location, like mu jay, teething pain from wisdom teeth/ RA swelling, I will likely try it there for sure.
I do have a friend with severe nerve pain left over from shingles that I suggested try a bottle!!!
I could not tell if it does anything for swelling, or if it just desensitizes the nerves?
I need products that reduce swelling, inflammation that are not blood thinners.
