con'td.......an example using the last post

Let's say I have a Million dollar Trust Fund set up that sends me $10K/Mth but I can't access the full amount available because the Trust is ""Protected"" from my estate's intervention. I have a bank debt of $250K whom also has no access to the Trust so as to clear my debt and I refuse to begin settling this debt using the $10K I receive monthly. My reason is that since my Trust is ""Protected"", the monthly $10K benefit provided is also ""Protected"" from the Bank.
