Both sites are running much better today.

If you are the sole tech support for both sites, I suggest you take the time to check the performance of both sites once an hour or so. Both sites were in deep trouble for a couple of days and you did nothing. Saying you are busy writing code doesn't cut it as far as I'm concerned. Many of us are busy trading and don't have time to get tripped up by ultra slow site performance. Furthermore, I've been sending you tracers and notices of problems at your ISP for three weeks via PM. As yet you haven't acknowledged a single one of those messages either by a return message or by contacting the ISP to check out the problem. I'm not getting paid to provide you with these alerts, nor am I asking for a job. I just want the sites to run smoothly so I can get the information I am looking for quickly and efficiently and get back to trading.

BTW, I wouldn't have had to run tracers to find out the sites were timing out. When I sit for thirty or forty seconds with no page brought up and then get a big gray page that says Network Error, Page timed out, that's a clue.
