If Apple was so scared & desperate, nothing stopping them from going to petty cash & buying vplm. Keep remembering, not only does that instantly take away all "scared & desperate", it also ensures they will be the ones to collect collect collect for years to come from all the many infringers. Simple, no? And look what that would do to Android & Skype..
