It looks like we need to save money by cutting the BOD down to 5. No need for 7. How long before they pull the plug and give away the IP

Does anyone have a true prognosis for this company. Is there any value here going forward?

Will we see anything viable come out of the ashes? $0, $5, $10, $20 per share?
