That was probably a Private email T53 had with John. Fact is both parties dance around the question of a merger, they are all in bed together, Plutus name on our website. They have to get everything final before they issue PR, they cant go off half cocked. The SP will go to the moon if they get all their ducks in a row before announcements. (Otc/Sec filings for merger, websites finalized, etc) will have much better impact on the SP if they do a half ass twitter announcement. PR WILL COME AFTER WEBSITE FINISHED. If they were not merging they would have answered the question, not danced around it. Since its true its logical they would dance around the wuestion because since it is true they need to finish website and issue formal pr, sec filings, etc not a 1 minute twitter announcement. After them dancing around the question WITHOUT A DOUBT they are merging. Thats my opinion.
