They have Nasdaq class independent directors and CEOs.

They are positioning this for big boards but also listen to shareholders in the interim with upgrading to QB.

Everyone the company talks to is mind blown why the stock isn’t a minimum of .25-.50 cents.

Next big announcement will be M&A related, second year of full PCAOB auditing, growing revs and a second location.
