Nothing has changed?

The largest state in our country just made recreational Marijuana legal. CA has a population of ~39M people not counting the largest international tourism of any state.

California is the most populous sub-national entity in North America. If it were an independent country, California would rank 34th in population in the world. It has a larger population than either Canada or Australia

That's like saying Starbucks just moved into the State of CA and nothing has changed for Starbucks.
