This is the way I understand it Gambler. Kore is the management team that was the go between entity and facilitator of the merger between LFWK and Suljabros. During that transition, they also served as the IR for LFWK.

Peter is obviously in charge of both entities now. How they mix and match business wise at this point, I'm not certain of. However, the article does lend a high degree of credibility toward our assumption that Petar is a pretty significant builder of large scale projects.
