cm3-i would add wessal apparently not concerned about delay...I find it amazing that at say .12 pps, 200 million shares would cost wessal 24 million dollars! they certainly don't seemd concerned! On the same issue, perhaps they are finishing up buying their 1/4 of the company..in either case, it shows CONFIDENCE in SLJB to me...think of how excited people get when form 4 filings are done for insider buying..in this case, 25% of the company being bought! i find that a staggering confirmation of belief in SLJB! all imo
