I have broken my promise not to buy more shares of TOPS.
I have bought 10k more shares, lowering my average to 0.75 ...
exceeding 0.30, to daily closings, I will make a second purchase, lowering my average to 0.5, but, now, under those strict conditions.
the only way to get out of something like this, is averaging at the most reliable levels, and yesterday many purchases went into this area.
