Hedge; I think this should apply to everyone then.

For instance the claim that all large shareholders had sold. That would be insider information since none of them have filed that they no longer hold shares... However, this turned out the be very false.

Also the claim that SIAF has sold shares to D'Alessandro for a buck. That would be insider information as well since we don't know of any sale of shares to him, and certainly not for that price - it would also be in breach with the deal with ECAB. However, we have no indications that SIAF has sold any shares - and if he did, it would be rather strange to have that few shares at that price (it would be in both SIAFs and D'Alessandros interest to have a higher PPS - which points to that no shares have been sold at all).

And the claim that SIAF has a lot of cash (according to SIAF). This was in heavy contrast to what SIAF reports, and would be inside information. However, the Q3-report didn't agree with that claim and showed a very small cash balance.

Maybe people should try to indicate when they're speculating? And also where this speculation is taken from? (these three claims seems to have been pulled out from someones behind)
