I like 8k's and 10k's. Unaudited financial statements are OK if there's nothing else...

I don't like press releases and I REALLY don't like CEO phone calls.

I'm trying to remember the ticker that fooled me back in 2003 or 2004 when I was a biotech newbie... When I figure it out I'll post it. I talked to that CEO on the phone a few times. He was SO confident and sounded SO sure of himself. the 510(k) was JUST around the corner, just needed the ink to dry.... it was all BS.

I wonder if that device ever made it to market. An amazing optometry device for scanning the eyeball... revolutionary.... made by an Italian company... but the US company charged with submitting the 510(k) was chaos. They eventually delisted the ticker, didn't even file for BK....
