I am not seeing that China money on the financial statements. Maybe it was paid during the last quarter of 2017, but I think that a payment of $1M would be a much better PR than the BS the company has been releasing.

And what was the conversion price for the $1M worth of stock Guided gave the Chinese? That was my main objection to the "China payment" -- the company gave them $1M in stock and got (supposedly) $1M in return -- it's just dilution disguised as a licensing fee.

And why didn't the Chinese get 10 devices instead of only five?

And why no status reports on the Chinese clinicals? Granted, when Cartwright said it would all get done in 2017, we knew that was typical Cartwright BS, but what is the current status? Is there any chance of CFDA clearance in 2018? This would be REAL news, much better than LOI's an preliminary agreements.
