Countryroads, the FDIC in concert with JPM will have to pay book value to the Estate/WMILT for what they took illegally. More than likely, this has all been worked out but we have yet to see the value from the FDIC.

At some point, they will have to reconcile this 5th AT (Fifth Amendment Taking) in order to finally resolve and not show for historical purposes this was a "Taking" by the US Government.
