No demonstrated relationship to PPHM in that fine article on evolution of memory enhancing genes and drugs. No apparent relation to the well-advertised OTC molecule named Prevagen either with its jellyfish gene background.

An arm of the U.S. gov't is investigating this compound in a clinical trial involving veterans in Madison, Wisconsin:

The results of the above trial are of particular interest to me because I have quite a head start over the veterans in dosages of EPA, off label, of 4 capsules/day since April 2013.

The CSO of OCAT was testing the stem cell memory effects of its molecule in mice/rats several years ago...no news I have seen since.
