for the cfo jantzen ($240k+ salary) and j murrah ($250k+ salary) , respectively, material insider buying and skin-in-the-game.

i've been saying for a long time, mgt/BOD, including the cfo and other execs besides drH/bitzer, have to start buying shares on the open market to signal confidence to s/hs&market in their company.

furthermore, the private placement was a "do-or-die" moment imo where the exec's essentially paid themselves their own salary via an equity infusion -- and also tided themselves over with the "strategic investor" until the secondary could take place a couple of weeks ago.

that being said, many posters here have Vehemently Defended mgt/bod's long-standing practice of not eating their own cooking, the reasons for which i've never understood...

wake me up when folks like jantzen and murrah buy in lots of $50k on the open market...gl!
