it would be easier to simply explain it without creating some ambiguity every time the "author" writes a press release.

So the belief is that every news release should be directed to people who trade the stock, not necessarily to competitors or market channels? Sub-penny stock companies cater to the whims of traders, and most of the "information" provided are lies and embellishment. All IMO.
