5,000,000 options vested on the Transaction Date. ie, any time from the issuing date (Jan 03, 2018)

5,000,000 options will vest one year from the Transaction Date, and the final 5,000,000 options will vest two-years from the Transaction Date, subject to continued employment with the Company on each applicable vesting date.

BUT, he can change these any time as likes, rather, he can issue himself more till 500 Million as he likes. I guess he's been doing so in the past 3 years, as O/S went to 7.9 Billion shares (pre-splits).
