Respectfully, no. $PDXP has a totally new CEO and he cleaned up the share structure, so there virtually is no reason to even contemplate doing a R/S, which was the whole point to the exercise.

The new CEO since this last summer, has steadfastly remained vigilant in preparing the company, doing the ground work to make it financially stable and profitable going forward.
I can understand being suspicious of a sub-penny play, been there, done that, bought the T-shirt.
But if you look into things a little deeper, you might have a different outlook on the stock.
