I agree ECOS or joint venture with LRS , either way it's beneficial to the communities. In Illinois we need to learn how to give back to the environment . I know Mayor Rahm Emanuel doesn't like President Trump
I do think he should make Chicago great again and get his city of being rated #2 among the US states with the most rat population issue , a new cleaner city .

I'm holding long and if not this year maybe next year.
I did once read from " Warren Buffet" if you like a stock and it has a purpose that can be useful. Hold on to it . He has held stock for ten years and have made a lot of money because the stock he has chosen have a purpose.
If enough wind gets through this stock , maybe like a local newspaper to interview ECOS to get their name out there.
Newspapers editors are always looking for a piece to write , why not our home town to start .
They will also interview the no sayers as well to get a broader story out there.
