Dont know how would the NOL Survive after this Dilution?The KKR would hold the Future of the WMIH Unless the WMIH Would release another 2B shares to the Previouse Escrow Holders on the basis of the Old Prefereds+Cpùùpn Holders which would nullify this huge amount of the WMIH Shares under the KKR+CITI ownership.Doubt Willingham would leave his chair on this terms for the KKR+CITI profit.
