IMHO it WOULD IF IF IF there is some sort of a STOCK for VALUE exchange for those assets...........

There is a reason we have 3.5 BILLION SHARES OF STOCK and 10 mill preferds as well.

Remember GOOG only has 900 mill shares so why on earth would a POS co that has only 6 bill in NOL's as its VLAUE need EVER 3.5 bill shares or 10 mill preferds, UNLESS it intended to be a BIG DEAL!!!!!!!!!
