After doing some research, I found some interesting info. The new address for IBGH is the same as the stock UBLI. So, I researched UBLI and found that the company has the same address, contact email and phone number. The President of UBLI is Angela Collette, who is the person associated with the contact email that is listed for both IBGH and UBLI. After researching more about Angela Collette, I found that UBLI was also connected to another shell that... wait for it... now lists its address the same as UBLI and IBGH. That company is STNN. Guess who completed their September 2017 filings.... yep- Angela Collete- the President of UBLI and the person associated with the contact information listed for IBGH. Not exactly sure how these 2 shellls (IBGH & STNN) will coincide with UBLI, but it is very interesting that they all share the same address!
