So, I am wondering.

If Mr.Aul is representing GIFA/FRFS, is he not also representing us as clients? After all, we may not have a controlling interest in the company, but we are owners as well, and our company will most likely be paying his legal fee.

I am no attorney, but it seems logical to me to conclude that we are entitled to info about our own company.

WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
