So, several posters were now told via the transfer agent for what WAS, PAST TENSE the securities of FRFS (Old Firefish) now GIFA, Inc, a duly filed NV Corporation per the Secretary of State, they were told that William Aul is the "securities attorney" associated with those shares.

Well, WHERE DID GIFA Inc open a U.S. Based Office, via renting/leasing a "SUITE" per the NV Secretary of State? SHAZAM...in freaking SAN DIEGO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA....

Now WHERE ARE the LAW OFFICES OF WILLIAM M. AUL located....EXACTLY 2.5 MILES, aka 5 MINUTES away from the office suite GIFA now lists as their U.S. location PER THE NEVADA SECRETARY OF STATE FILING, per Google "DRIVING DIRECTIONS" website..."coincidence"...I don't damn think so.....no way.....

IMAGINE THAT....GIFA chose an office suite which is 2.5 miles from what appears to be THEIR SECURITIES ATTORNEY...likely the one handling this REVERSE MERGER filing with FINRA, which EVERYONE KNOWS can take SEVERAL MONTHS per SOP, standard procedure...and EVER SLOWER when one goes right through Christmas and New Years, etc

This is a process...and IMO...GIFA Inc is "IN THE PROCESS" of working with FINRA to change "FRFS" into their name/shares, probably under a new symbol such as GIFA would be my guess.....
