Dont feel bad, it has nothing to do with intelligence. It has to do with what you have learned, versus what you have not learned. Finance and law (like most professions) are all about language, and you simply haven't learned that language. Neither have I. I never thought I would need to in order to understand all this, because the end was supposedly always right around the corner.

Surely whatever profession you spent most of your life in involves its own language,terms and systems that the rest of the people on this board would not understand. It's true with all of us. You and I simply don't understand this finance and law. If a four year old Mexican boy speaks fluent Spanish and Einstein does not, it does not make that 4 year old smarter than Einstein.
