I am not happy with the financing of AMDA as well but there must be some damn good reasons to act like this. Why else did they not hold an annual meeting and are incompliant with nasdaq rules? Especially right after they regained it! Its not hard to hold an annual meeting. Thats one of the main evidences i need to understand that something different is in the work. Also so many bear are trying to convince me that AMDA is a bad investment. Where am I?Why do they care how I spend my money? Which reasons have they? Seems they are all working for some kind of non-profit organisation which wants to protect me for having losses?! Thanks, but I really dont care why I shouldnt invest here. My money - my choice.
