without the assistance of a r/s?

2 years ago the pps was apprx $2.70 and the markt cap was $48M.

today mark cap still = $48M but the pps = $1.61 due to substantial dilution in the interim.

given the certainty of further dilution going forward, the market cap could actually rise -- and yet be accompanied by a fall in the pps from current levels.

only time will tell.
