You hit the nail on the Head.

When they went past the time[into 2018] it kept the Cole Memo into Law.

The Cole MEMO is tied directly into the budget.

Once they pass the Budget with the January 19th Vote..the Cole MEMO is automatically renewed.

No way can anybody stop this Fantastic Push into Legal Recreational Marijuana.

Especially one Man against the Vast Majority!!
