I think there going to be fed up with him on this issue as well as it’s going to force them to have to deal with it when they probably were happy with the status quo. Again the Cole memo is a bandaid and though well intentioned has basically create this environment we are in with banks and other fed laws issues. Again not saying this isn’t going to be painful but it’s going to put a lot of pressure on now to fix either way
