You are right. But its also about supply and demand. PPS increase needs that tension. We saw speculation drive up the pps on Friday and them again at the start of Tuesday. However the oversupply of magically aapearing new shares (it seems) quickly brought the price back down.Dont think we'll see that tension again until new round of dilution is over and certainty in O/S is restored. Then PR or speculation of soon to be anounced PR will drive PPS up again.
