I agree with what you say but ultimately don't believe we will need anywhere near the maximum 30-1 RS. Mac knows what he needs to do to get things done right, and he is well on his way. He knows timing of everything from here on out is critical.

I think by the end of Q1, you will be pleasantly surprised. I think we can get to much higher pps levels organically, and when we RS, it will be 10-1 at the very worst, maybe even better than that... I believe the NASDAQ uplist minimum bid requirement is $4.

I have no idea why we are at .30 today... I chalk it up to the OTC and general lack of people who are familiar with Titan Medical. It really does not make a lot of sense to me and I sure don't think we will be here much longer. Too much on tap with a short timeline to BIG catalysts for this company.
