KIK- That's great

and congratulations. I have played micro-large caps, and made out well on all. I only played micro caps when I began on this board in early 2004. However I stepped up to some small caps by 2005, and mostly all small caps by 2006. I noticed that ease of trade was far greater with the small caps, and also allowed me to play fewer stocks with the same bankroll. I found that with fewer stocks, higher average dollar volume/day, and far less margin between the bid and ask, allowed me to be much more nimble, and yet my % gains stayed the same or even increased. However the time I spent became far less to accomplish the same task. I find the ability to get in and out of a stock quickly has huge time value. I believe this time saving factor has been a huge factor in my success.

As far as stress, the small-mid caps I now play are infinitely less stressful than the microcaps for the reasons I stated. However I do play concentrated positions, and that does add stress. Thing is though, I am only playing with a small % of my available funds, which greatly limits concern.
