CEO won't file. Last time she did years ago proved she lied to shareholders. Billions in Dilution after she said she do no more. Results terrible after she lied about how well MJ business they bought did etc. MJ business is what she called it but just a small store. Not what she said was buying in first MJ pr. The history of fraud and false pr's huge r/s's etc is so clear. All people have to do is look. She has always lied and always will.
