NUGS - anyone look into this yet? Very small float of 3.8M as of 9/30/17

I went to check OTC Markets this morning ANNNDDD it looks like there's news! ha

I have not bought any shares but going to try and jump in at open.

The share price was up quite a bit yesterday and possibly way overvalued based on their financials... but might be an alright momentum play? Thoughts anyone?
