Yes but there is a 100% chance that RXMD, BIEI, and OWCP will all double within 2 months! Why should I waste any money and time on this anymore. Simon Property group got greedy and ignorant in not keeping this public. They should of volunteered to keep this public in the plan instead of stating that

"The Debtors believe that the Plan satisfies all of the confirmation requirements set forth
in section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code, including the requirement that each holder of an impaired Claim
or Interest either (i) accepts the Plan or (ii) receives or retains under the Plan property of a value, as of the
Effective Date, that is not less than the value such holder would receive or retain if the Debtors were
liquidated under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on the Effective Date. This requirement is known as
the “best interests test.”

So What Chance do you think this will be denied in a court of law?

I guess the only chance of making money on this now is on the dead cat bounce. That's why some are loading up, hoping to get lucky to swing on it. I learned to only invest in stocks that have 100 percent chance of making me money, this or any bankruptcy stock is not one of them. They take forever to solve, and as a common stock shareholder you are entitled to nothing. Learn from this, what you learn is way more valuable than what you have lost. You now have the opportunity to pick winning stocks out of the over 14,000 available to choose from. Choose ones that have responsible management, great financials, and huge potential growth. All I've seen from AROPQ is lousy management, lousy financials, and declining growth.
Now that SMP has stepped in their financials have improved and Aeropostale will live on, but just like people who file Bankruptcy on their credit cards, the credit card companies get nothing. When you are a common shareholder you are just like the credit card company, you get nothing, but you move on and make money from other perspectives. This game is over, I will hold until a good dead cat bounce or the end, but only on superstition not on any wise investment advise or decisions.
