Why doesn't anyone want to make any money? They have financial incentives to do m+a. They have the NOL's. The Dow is at 24,000. Yet this remains a penny stock about to be kicked off the NASDAQ.
This BOD has a responsibility to do the best for the shareholders. Yet they report nothing, do nothing to grow the company and lie to us at the shareholders meeting, promising a m+a in 2017. Well needless to say its 2018 and nothing. Hedge fund holdings have been cut in value from 200 million? to 80 million to 40 million.How much longer will they take it?
I keep hearing how the value is still there. Then why is the PPS only .85? Obviously it's because this stock, due to its non-production is blowing in the wind like a limp noodle, defenseless against the market forces which are looking for growing companies to invest in.
I look at escrow shares as my only hope. This BOD doesn't care about the PPS.
