TRTC is running a deficit. They will run out of money to pay the bills. I see no way around a R/S in 2018, and then issuance of new shares to raise revenue to continue operations.

How else will TRTC raise the money to pay ongoing bills and debts? It's going to be quite a while before they make a net profit.


No RS. When shares run out PPS goes up.
