However, did the ex-BoD KNOW about the dose switching in JAN when JB took a leaf of absence of 6 months before leaving CSM in JUN/JUL. Was that to move her 'leaving' moment away from possible facts, so doing trying to un-relate those facts from her leaving.

I am more and more convinced others at CSM KNEW (her boss, possibly Finken, etc). And I start to believe PPHM might have been informed and LOOSING the Lawsuit was no COINCIDENCE.

Maybe that is what RONIN could make hard and hold against the old BoD + King and Shan. Those who knew had to go and leave the program behind. I don't see King leave like he did without the IP ...UNLESS he could keep the IP but then suffer more important other consequences.

We need to stay alert. Golfho's letter action is a good thing because the new BoD can't say they didn't know. I have seen several different letters, thanks for those who shared, and the more the better.
