What's equally unlikely is that Delfin puts any assets into TGLO assuming "Delfin Midstream LLC" has any assets. If Delfin Midstream is indeed connected to Delfin LNG, then I imagine they'll take over the shell, do a reverse split, then issue/sell new shares at a valuation that will make the current shares worth less than a penny each, possibly far less.
