Please read again, as it will now be soon officially on public record that the new Board of Directors must give us the answers and legally bound to do so...

Why, you do not like this approach that gives shareholders recourse and forces the new Board of Directors into a place where Medarex Board of Directors never were held liable ...?

Maybe the new BODs change their mind to possibly a plan that now holds them liable
